It aint nuthin but an animated gif and all you need to do is download Microsoft Gif Animator.

in reality my 2 babies...until eventually they are 18. I supply them a particular volume of freedom, yet no longer too a lot. they are nonetheless little. I enable them be themselves, yet i do not enable them be disrespectful or detrimental. and that i pay the costs and purchase the garments so as that they placed on wth I tell them to.

Hi. Your image is a 'gif' file. They are pretty easy to animate but you should teach your self.

um i think if u go to google or something then type in Icon makers then something should show up that will let u do that

Go to http://www.jhepple.com/gif_animator.htm and download one of those, its mostly self-explanatory and you will be making those in no time.

if you have dreamweaver use it it works, i used to have it but dont know what happened to it
