In order to use the stuff on these sites, all you have to do is:
1. Find what you like. (Whether it be a contact table, layout, glitter, background or whatnot.)
2. Notice where it tells you to put whatever you're looking at. (Contact Tables are usually put at the end of the "Heros" section, and layouts at the end of the "About Me" section. Check to see about what you want to use.)
3. Copy and paste the coding into wherever you're told, and you're set!

www.pimp-my-profile.com also just go to yahoo, google etc.. then type "myspace layouts" they have several more layouts or you make your own layouts. First, go to google, yahoo etc... Second, type cat, dog, bubble etc..... then click on image after click on wallpaper, anything you want on your page then right click and save as picture. Third, go to www.photobucket.com but you had to sign up account after this, then upload your picture. Four, click on url on second row to left then copy and paste.
