if u wanna remove pop up blocker from ur computer. this mostly happens in internet explorer when u opena website. just look at the bottom of the internet explorer where Internet is written and zoom and stuff, there wpuld be a small thing down there,click on there and disable it. if u dont find it, then where the pop up blocker comes on the top of internet explorer, click on that thing and a small thing will open and there would be a link that allow pop ups and or disable it. click it and u r done.

Go to the control panel,click add or remove programs,find the program name and remove it

just disable it. dont know why anyone in there right mind would want pop ups.
