you could try curling it under, or flip it up. also a cute thing to do would be scrunching it. you get you whole head wet and then put hair gel in it and make it scrunched it will look cute. also the thing i do alot is curling it in ringletts, it is adorable, and if thats to hard u csn buy a curling iron espescially made for it :D

Why dont you try blonde highlights and try a bob cut...and flip it outwards. I think its cute on teenage girls...

you could get garnier fructis surf hair so that you can accentuate your layers
