Ion makes a really good shampoo and conditioner line. They have all different types from shampoos for color treated hair to moisturizing shampoo to clarifying shampoo. Since you say you hair is frizzy and puffy after you wash and dry it, try the Ion Moisturizing Shampoo. Also you might want to use a leave in conditioner. My personal favorite is by Mane and Tail. Its a leave in conditioner and a detangler. Spray that on while your hair is still wet, throw a towel on your head for like 15 minutes (The natural heat that escapes from your head helps the conditioner reach inside the cortex of your hair) take off the towel, dry and BAM! Great looking hair at a fraction of the cost if you go to a salon. Works great on all hair types.

Paul Mitchell Super Skinny daily Treatment. It smooths and softens unruly hair also detangles. Helps protect against heat. helps smooth hair and reduce blow dry time. If you Hair is Frizzy you might also want to cut the ends off. It helps. Also try not to use a blow dryer and a flatner when I had frizzy hair I always had to use a flatner it was the only thing that helps your hair is lacing moisture. you need to put the moisture back in your hair. also you can try the Paul Mitchell Moisture Shampoo and conditioners. I know it is a Salon type things. You can also find these products in a liter size and you can get Shampoo and Conditioner for 25 bucks GREAT DEAL. Good luck.

Use lots of conditioner. Shampoo doesn't tone down frizzy hair but the conditioner will. Pantene is very good.

The Dove extra moist works for me.
I read that the trick with shampoos is to change them in a regular basis.
Anyway, why don't you try those anti frizz-leave in formulas? Those work wonderfully on me.

Personally, I use Arbonne's Intelligence line of self-adjusting shampoo and conditioner! Yes, I also sell it, but I use it because it works. It's self-adjusting, so it changes itself to do what your hair needs it to. I have frizzy hair, and it calms it down; my sister has flat hair, and it fills it out! You can check it out at my website, www.cmscimeca.myarbonne.com, and feel free to email me and I'll send you some free samples to try!

I like Aussie.

One time I went to get a haircut and the hairdresser asked me what I had washed my hair with because it smells so good. I told her Aussie and their conditioner is great also.

Any kind of Dove shampoo is perfect! It makes your hair look healthy, and I used to have hair that was completely fried! It gives it some shine too!
