Why is Ares not working?

I have it andmy internets conncected and everything...
and like when i perform a search it says performing search please wait and never loads..
its not that my computer loads...
i left my computer on for a day and forgot to stop the search and still didnt find anything..
why is it doing that....

oh & also why do i get so many popups from wen you save since i downloaded that??

it was still searching..

I have not been having any problems. That time you forgot to close it did say finished searching or did it still say searching? If it finished, it may be as simple as there isn't anything to find.
