i am a seller i have been selling there. but using another person accounts, my they suspended, because someone tell ebay i was selling copy dvs. and ebay without ask me nothing about it suspend my account i send the fax and nothing. so i want to knwo if i can open a new account using a different bank account. and changing my ip address # o anything else, please help..

i've faced the same problem, which ebay suspended me without prior notice.
dont fax them anything, it will help them trace u..
what u have to do is
1- clear the catch & history in your computer or change i.p address (ebay/paypal have bugs on your computer) u have to delete/clear this bugs.
2- use a different bank account / change ur userid & password (dont make it similar to last one)
3- once u open a new account, start slowly.. avoid using paypal as method of payment..
4- dont over log in to your old paypal or ebay account on your new computer.. if u have to try using cyber cafe & stuff..

I think when you signup for an account with ebay you agree that you have not had any other accounts in the past and this is your only account. So basically if you sign up for another account you are violating the rules and could be suspended again at any time.
It's upto you if you want to take that risk. eBay has a habit of biting you in the *** further down the road if they find out about previous accounts. This goes for PayPal too who like to freeze accounts for alleged suspicious activity. It can take quite a lot of faxing of evidence to get a PayPal account unfrozen so be careful.

New email address, different bank account number, should work no problems. Use a different user name as well.
