How do I put music on my Friendster page?

I have a piece of original music saved in my hard drive. How do I upload it to Friendster and how do I make them automatic play?

ok first you need to find someplace to host it.. say.. geocities.com..

upload it there.. and it should be at http://www.geocities.com/yourusername/yourfile.mp3

Now you go to your friendster page and put

and it should work!
