I'm a Hairstylist, and the owner of this Domain.com..My
.com" address is used in the "description" by others.. to pulled up their sites with their url links..
Is this is Legal ? If Yes, How can I turn this into my favor?

To better understand exactly what I'm talking about , do a search, "hairstylist.com" ..

http://www.hairstylist.com, this is just cash Parked w/ godaddy.

Maybe, if somone saw the value in it. But, Im a little skeptical. After all, can someone order a haircut from you in Africa and you send it to them? I dont think so.
It may help you, however, for local customers looking for a hairstylist who google it and your name comes to the top. That may be worth it to someone. Contact your competitors and see what, if anything, they would pay you for this.
