I already know about a bunch of web sites like zabasearch, birthdaydatabse, property tax records, some court records, etc, but I'm trying to find more. How can I find out who owns a cell phone number, look up license plate numbers, etc. Basically, I'm looking for any web site you guys know that gives you info on people.

There are quite a few options to investigate people online. I personally have found http://www.InvestigateOnline.net to have an excellent set of resources for reverse cell phone searches, license plate/driving records data lookup and much more.

You can buy background checks on just about anyone from places like www.USSEarch.com
Just do a search for background checks and poof, a million will appear.
Detailed info like that costs money though.
