Can a seller on EBAY email tickets for a concert ?

The concert stars at 7:30pm and its about 4:00pm now and I don't have the tickets.

Yeah, I buy tickets on ther all the time. They forward you the email that they received when they bought the tickets. The tickets will print out on a paper with a bar code on them.

sure can !! if the person selling you the concert ticket bought them online they can print a voucher that has a bar code , this is all you need . do it all the time

not really, unless they have a unique reference code, or its a paperless concert.
