I have paid £109 via PayPal for an article from 'furniturewholesaledirect' through ebay, with a 14 - 28 day delivery time, but have not received it. Checking on ebay I see that it is no longer registerd with ebay. Can anyone tell me what my next move should be?

Note that ebay and paypal protection schemes are almost entirely self serving and of almost no use the buyer, this is well documented on the web, and i can confirm from personal experience.
However i can offer help in this case....

furniturewholsaledirect is part of the 4 homes shop that can be found at http://www.4-home.co.uk. There address is
4 home
Unit 4
Hill Crest Park
Hoyle Road
Calverton
Nottingham
NG14 6QJ.
The e-mail address of the people who wsill have taken receipt of your payment is - sales@kiduk.co.uk. I suggest you e-mail them outlining the details of your order, stating that unlesss re-imbursement is recieved, then (assuming you paid by credit card), advise the following,
Under the consumer credit act section 75, I will transfer all liability for this to my credit card provider, with the instruction that they reimburse me for non-receipt, and recover their debt from you.
This usually works, if not then simply advise your credit card company that you wish to transfer the debt back them because of non-receipt of the goods (for which they have joint responsibilty where value exceeds £100)

On the bottom of an Ebay page you'll see security center. Click on that, and then radio eye the problem you want to report. Make sure you have the item number of the auction you won and the user name who you won the auction from. Secondly go to payapl and look at your history and find the details of this idividual you paid. See if they took the funds, if so, then do a report against them there too! I know Ebay owns payapl, but reporting this jerk twice wont hurt. In the past 5 years i got ripped 3 times, and each time Ebay/Paypal refunded my money in FULL!

Well being not registered with ebay means ebay have closed there account so it will make it very difficult to do anything and paypal arnt all they crack up to be.

in your ebay account go to mark as item not recieved
and then go to paypal and open a claim against them but if there long gone you wont get a peeny.

Yes, go on to the paypal website and email them or "open a dispute". Paypal are really good helping out with problems and your transactions are insured so they will be able to offer advice and help you. Go on to www.paypal.co.uk and sign in using your ebay ID and password, I think under "my account" you can open a dispute ot contact paypal by email to explain the situation.

claim back through paypal, they will refund you and take the money back from the seller.

if you paid through credit card you may have the card company to fall back on if paypal can't help.

if that fails then get their address and pay them a visit weith a few friends & a baseball bat.
