open internet explorer, and then click on "Tools" --> "Internet Options" --> "Programs". at the bottom of the content window, there should be a checkbox marked "Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default internet browser." make sure that this box is checked, and then click apply.

Bring up your Internet Explorer
click on the "tools" tab at the browsers upper left
from the menu that opens up click on Internet Options
when that window comes up ---click on the "programs" tab
on the page of the window that opens at this point there will
be a select place to make Internet Explorer your default browser
be sure and check the box that says to notify you if Internet Explorer for any reason gets removed as your default--- and you are set to go--- with your next reboot--- I E will be your default browser !!!

Yes, you can change from Mozilla to Internet Explorer....here is how....install the latest version of Internet Exploere, at Microsoft.com, then the program should ask you if you would like to make Internet Explorer your default browser...

Right click on the START button on your computer, and choose 'properties'. Then go to START MENU and click the first 'customize' button you see. (The one at the top) There you will find your current default browser, and a drop down list of what other browser you can use.
You can also just click yor IE button and when you acces IE it will ask if you want to use it as your default browser.

I had same problem. Just go and delete entire Mozilla Fox program, it sucks.
