why when watching internet football is my picture all pink green and un watchable .?

I never had problems with it before , but had to reboot my windows xp. now i cant get a clear picture when watching internet football or some film clips.. the picture is just a mix of colours and i can just make out objects or people...
help..

i have this too- especially when watching things on MSN.com- but say if I goto a news vendor (ex. foxnews) I get a clear pic. I am interested in any fix that any1 can post.
