My paypal account is limited, and they want a passport photo (or any photo ID)... what if the user is under 18? is there anything else i could use as photo ID without Date of Birth?

I'm 15 now and 16 in July!!!! Just coz i sold a few things on eBay, they suspect me of fraud! and they want a Photo ID. Now if i give them it and they find out am under 18, what do u think they will do? Oyster card says Date of Birth, so is there any alternative with no date of birth?

If you lied and told them you were over 18 when you're not, you're already violating their terms of use. Your account is probably a loss at this point.
In future, use a PayPal account in your parent(s) name for the next couple years until you are no longer a minor. It's not particularly fair, but it's their site, so their rules.

Then your too young to be on paypal age is 18!! You will have to sell in your parents name till your old enough!!

My best guess is a driver's license. From what I can remember, PayPal is fairly age-restricted, so chances are you might eb too young to sign up.

DONT GET involved with paypal.
I HAVE just had a bad experience with them did you know that they charge £15 for them to trace anything on ebay I have just lost money ......SO THINK ABOUT IT!

Why don't you just ask your parents.. I never heard of pay pal asking for a photo id? only credit card info..
