I've found FileBeam to be VERY FAST and not covered in ads. Check them out - http://filebeam.com
They have a nice file management tool if you sign up for thier free account.

I use this site to upload everything. I found this site to be very reliable unlike others where the codes die down within a week.

One that is frequently used and doesn't include tons of pop-ups and porn is www.rapidshare.com
Of course, you can pay and have more privileges, but it's not necessary.
