go to the tools bar in your browser and change your internet options to the homepage you want...

Go to Tools, Click the Internet Options, Then click Program tab, then click Reset Web Settings, Check the box Also reset my homepage.
Then it will return to Windows Home page

You go to Your Tools in top of IE browser page and then go to Internet Options on general there is a box that says home page when you are on the page you want to save as home page click on current page and then apply and it is saved.

I don't know what the "windows home page" is, but you can change the page that opens by default in your browser by going to Preferences or Options and under the general tab change your Home Page to whatever you want.

In Internet Explorer, browse to the page you would like to be your new home page, then click tools>Internet Options and on the window that appears, click use current. That's it. :)
