It sounds like you have jaundice-not allergies. Jaundice is a yellowing of the conjunctivia and skin related to possible liver disease or damage. Please go to the doctor as soon as possible to have this checked out.

Yellowing of the whites of your eyes is called icterus and is usually a sign of end stage liver disease. But if that is the case, your skin usually is jaundiced or yellow, too, and you would be feeling really fatigued and ill. Some dark complexioned people with brown eyes have a slight yellowish- brown tinge to the whites of their eyes, and that's perfectly natural. It's not unattractive, and I don't think there are any eyedrops for it.

Excessive use of eyedrops "to get the red out" is an unhealthy practice. What the drops do is constrict the blood vessels of the eye which diminishes the blood flow and oxygen to the cornea. This can lead to vision problems and even scarring of the corneas.

Just to make sure that you are okay, see a doctor if possible. It's easy enough to run liver function tests that will ascertain that you have a healthy functioning liver. Other symptoms of liver failure include mental changes especially drowsiness, confusion and inability to concentrate, itchy skin and redness of the palms of your hands, and ascites or swelling of the abdomen and lower extremities. You probably don't have any of these, but again, just to be on the safe side, see a doctor. Good luck to you.

please elaborate...do you have an underlying liver condition causing your eyes to be yellow? If so, then no eye drops can fix that.
