what do i need to do to change her last name? shes only 2 month old...please someone help....i dont know how to go about doing it...

Contact your court house and find out what you need to do to have your child's name changed....they will be able to give you all the information you need....

Is he with you now? You have to think about this long and hard because if he was the type of boy to leave you alone pregnant what makes you think he will stay around now when things are just starting to get tough. if he leaves you don't want to go through it all again and have to deal with his last name. its totally a personal choice, i don't know if i would trust him enough for that kind of recognition.

Put his name on her birth certficate...then go file for child support.
