I would go with highlights and low lights in my hair if I had your color. I would get auburn red highlights and then a caramel blonde highlights along with that. Just not too blonde b/c if will look streaked instead of casaul brightness. The key to remember w/ highlights is to take the color your hair already is and brighten it.

Go for a toffee blonde color. It not only will blend with your natural, it will cause an illuminating effect!
Check out Carmen Electra's toffee-toned hair: http://img.actressarchives.com/carmen/2738513_Carme_Grani.jpg
It is a honey color. Soft. Not too dark, not too light. JUST what you're looking for.

the gentle brown of course will look extra effective, provided that your hair is dark brown. If u will highlighted with blond, it won't be undesirable , in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it in simple terms no longer gonna extra healthful which comprise your hair's shade like the gentle brown.
