My teacher asked us to "Find an article that discusses industrial production of chemicals and the limiting situations that are used". I cannot find any such article. ANY HELP will be greatly appreciated.

If you explain what you mean by "limiting situations" you might get a better response. Limiting reagent? cost? time? safety concerns?

You can start by looking at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chemical_industry

Click on some of the "product types" or "examples" or a specific comapny, skim the articles for something pertaining to "limiting situations," whatever those are.
