how do you PEIRCE your LIP yourSELF?

my mom wont take me to go get my lip peirced and i need a adult to get it done b/c im not 18 yet i was thinkin of doing it my self but for one i dont know if its a good idea and i also dont know how to doit or what i need?can you help me?

I know people who buy professional needles (the hollow ones) and either have a friend do it or do it themselves. I don't know if its a good idea because I guess its possible for you to hit some nerves. Make sure not to use an earring stud if you do do it yourself because the lip swells and the earring is often too small and can stop circulation.

Or you could find your way around to a place that doesn't check for ID. That's how I got my eyebrow pierced.

You Don't! There are many nerves in your lip. If you pierce in the wrong place you can do major damage to your face. If you're not careful you can end up looking like a stroke victim or have permanent loss of feeling to that side of your lip. There's always the possibility of infections as well. Go to a licensed professional.

You won't be able to eat, and you will kill your mouth with that earring you kno. You should go to a perfashional. Put a needle through your lip then put ice. Just do it like you would on your ear. I wouldn't go there if I were you.

You don't! Go see a professional. If your mom won't let you do it, then wait until you're old enough. You don't want to split your lip in two, do you?

Lil lady please don't do that yourself. If your Mom doesn't want to take you then wait until your old enough to do it yourself. Going around that is disobeying you Mothers word which in not healthy.


You can really damage yourself with trying to do this yourself.

my friend did it herself and it looked awesome.......until it got infected {she got caught and grounded}
