An agenda doesn't obligate you to do anything except be exposed to whatever is on the agenda. It's a plot, a plan, a scheme. It's not an obligation or coercion. An agenda simply puts stuff "on the table" to be discussed. So, I guess if you don't come to the table or attend the meeting, you have no obligations.

Any "agenda" by definition means forcing people to do something that goes against their beliefs. Do you try to force people to accept your sexuality? If you do, than you probably do have an agenda. Do others try to force people to accept their phoney religions? Then they have an agenda as well. Time is precious, so don't waste it on someone that doesn't want it.

There is no agenda. Be yourself!! yep its that easy. You dont need to act a certain way or do the stereotypical gay things. Just be yourself. also being Gay is NOT all about sex.
