Music/sound is vibration in media. So as the air vibrates, sound is made. In the case of a bagpipe, the vibration occurs in the pipes. The chanter (strongest pipe/reed) will sound the loudest. The other pipes are the drones. So the bagpiper blows air into the pipe bag. The bag acts like a reservoir. The air is coming out of the bag through the chanter and the drones and is vibrating in those pipes. The bagpiper can blow air in the bag in intervals and still supply enough air to vibrate and make sound.

The movement of Air through the bagpipes causes for it to vibrate. The vibration causes sound. I hope that is what you were asking for.

Not quite sure what you are asking. A composer? You use air to fill the bag and squeeze the bag to filter through the pipes.
