Planning to have an updo or half up half down....need a picture, and possibly how to do it...please and thank you

Can't very well post a bunch of pics here, with instructions, soo..look thru some hairstyle books, there are plenty at the beauty shops and salons. Do you have friends that could suggest what they like on you, or just expermint with up and down do's at home, take a digital pic see if you like that, then delete or save, personally, I think for prom the up dos are best. If you are wearing something that has a low neck you can do the half up, half down, but usually the half down dos' like part of your hair has fell out. Personally, I like all the hair up.
