I don't have the answer, I'm looking for it myself. But, for those of you who did answer with nothing positive to say, this is for you!
First of all, we're not talking about those awful pageants, we're talking about comercials and ads, and I don't know about this person, but any money made would go directly to my baby's well being, wether it be clothing or education.

WHY??? She is a baby for Pete's sake!!! It's not like SHE will see any of the money made!!! Nor will she remember it. She has no voice to say what SHE wants!!! Plain and simple you want to PROFIT from your child being beautiful. I think it's is completely ludicrous that mom's would do this! What are you going to do when she outgrows the cute baby stage and is like 4 or 5? Put her in those kid pageants? It is just PATHETIC!!!

im sure she is gorgeous, BUT why would you want to put her through that,have you seen what the poor kids have to go through to be in a beauty pageant? im sure its just the same with modeling hun let her grow up to be a normal child and if she wants to be a model when shes older let her then you can be proud of her

Enjoy her cuteness at home. Why would you want to put your baby through all that trauma? She won't enjoy it. The only reason I can think for you doing it is for you, not for her. I'm really opposed to children being used as models.
