If the N2HPO4 is really Na2HPO4, then this seems to be a standard preparation for Iron (III) phosphate:

Fe(OH)3 (s) +2 HNO3 (aq) + Na2HPO4 (aq) ---> FePO4 (s) + 3 H2O (l) + 2 NaNO3 (aq)

Are you sure it is not Na3PO4
