Substances that mix are miscible.

Substances that don't mix are immiscible.

Yea, miscible= mix
immiscible=no mix
Also, if u want to mix 2 immiscible substances (i.e. oil & water), u can use an emmulsifier(= something that balances immiscible substances) (i.e. egg)
