You are confusing your wave types. Sound waves are compression waves caused by particles impacting each other. Microwaves are an electromagnetic wave. They are completley different.
Thoughts do create electical patterns on your EEG, but they are not sounds, as they are electro-chemical in nature. Eventually, computers may be able to determine thoughts through reading teh patterns in an EEG, but they are definitely not sounds.

Well, one correction to start with. Microwaves are waves all right but are not sound waves. they are similr to light and are electro-magnetic waves.
Thoughts may be waves but whether they are electromagnetic or not is not clear. They are definitely not sound waves. Brain activity is in wave form, called alpha, beta, theta etc. but whether thoughts can be classified as alpha or beta or theta?
