i went to the doctor today to get a ultrasound done and they couldnt find the baby.i am six weeks pregnant and i am not bleeding what could this mean?

You had a miscarriage.

You probably have the dates wrong. If not then it's a miscarriage. If so, then I am very sorry. I had an ultrasound, and was measuring much to small (5 weeks and3 days when I was supposed to be 14 weeks). there was no heartbeat, and I had to Waite for about three weeks for my body to reject the baby on its own. It was awful. It is called a missed miscarriage. I truly hope this is not the case with you. I did get pregnant a few months later and I now have the most precious baby girl (see avatar). You might have your dates wrong and are not far enough along to for the sac to be visualized.Your doctor should have explained to you what was going on.There are a several possibilities.
