With that information, it may be possible to find his physical address. That way you can write a letter asking for email address or even phone number.

Forget that guy... you can have my email address. Leave him in the dust, we can cruise the German autobahn in my uncle's Porsche.
Anyway emails do not operate like phone numbers my dear, thank to the guys who fill up some people's emails with spam.
SPAM = the worst thing to happen to this world and now we cannot search for enemies' email addresses...
