First off.. I'm so sorry about your loss. Your body needs to heal and recover from this loss, that is why most doctors say to wait the 2-3 months so you can get your flow back and your body can heal. But I know my mother miscarried and was pregnant 6 weeks later. She carried just fine. So it just depends. If you do get pregnant before the 2-3 months, I know you will just have to be careful of miscarriage again. You don't want to shock your body with another baby, but most bodies are ready for it also. So it depends on your health, your body and make sure you are taking prenatal vitamins to get your body restored. goodluck and once again i'm so sorry

Yes you should, I had a miscarriage last October 06, and my husband and I started trying again on Feb. 1st and believe it or not we found out that we are pregnate again yesterday. I am glad that we waited the 3 months, it makes me feel more secure that it wont happen again and our baby stands a better chance.

2-3 is a staple answer. My RE told me as long as I was physically healthy and mentally is all that matters. I tried again in one month. Dr's are human and give generic answers all the time. Research has shown if you wait ONE CYCLE, you should be fine as long as your loss wasn't a still born. Any loss under 10weeks you should be able to try again in a month. Take your prenatals, make sure you're mentally ready as well as your partner and GOD BLESS! BABY DUST!

Always follow your doctor's advice. If it helps call him/her up and ask why you need to wait that long. If you have a reason to keep in your mind it will help the time pass.. My sister in law had a miscarriage the day after Christmas and the doctor told her she could try again as soon as she wanted to. Every woman is different and every miscarriage is different. Call your doctor..It might help..

dr. do tell you to wait 2-3 months cuz thats what is best on your body. however i had five miscarriages (cuz of RH-) before having my first son and after i had my last miscarriage, a month later i was pregnant again and things went fine. i think that the dr. knows best tho and it would be better on your body to try and wait!
