I mentioned her race for no particular reason, but the thing is that this guy had been caught and departed twice before, and he was back here in the U.S again, illegally. Apparently, its that easy to get back over. I live in the southeast.

He should be deported to Mexico to face vehicular manslaughter charges and spend the rest of his life in jail in Mexico, at no charge to the American taxpayer.

"I bet he got his medical care covered! Poor little Mexican! Did he have a horrible life? Is that why he drank? Surely it wasn't his fault!" are probably the lies that are being told in his defense.

This is outrageous! He should be convicted of a double murder. I recently heard of a case that the illegal Mexican was driving him employer's truck DRUNK. He didn't have a license and the employer knew it. The employer had hired numerous illegal alien criminals. This creep had several DUI convictions. Well, he hit a 24 year old young woman's car and killed her instantly.

He gets 20 years in prison and he is blaming his employer for the accident saying that he shouldn't have been allowed to drive. A civil law suit was filed against the illegal alien criminals AND the employer.

This world is totally upside-down.

From Houston ,Texas. Recently a 17 yr veteran of the police department here pulled over a suspicious vehicle. He approached that vehicel and asked for identification. He was shot and killed. Why? The suspect was here illegally and did not want to be deported. Now his wife and friends are saying what a good man he was and how he worked hard and never caused problems, he just got nervous. The bottom line.... He killed a police officer and he is here illegally. Guess what... he will walk .

anybody can drink breast milk, it is not risky. i think of that's extra a ethical subject. Breast milk is for toddlers, no longer grown ups...eww. And, confident, a woman can produce milk without being pregnant with the help of taking the hormones that reason women to lactate. that's what "moist nurses" used to do. A moist nurse could paintings interior the scientific institution nursery and nurse toddlers. this prepare isn't finished anymore in developed worldwide places. additionally, contained in relation to an adoptive mom who's in simple terms accompanied a newborn, she would be able to take a mix of hormones which will reason her to start lactating, so she would be able to nurse her toddler. desire this helps.

I think anyone who drinks and drives and kills innocents as a result should be jailed immediately, even if they are illegal. If illegal, we deport him as soon as he finishes his time. And the only reason I'd agree to spending money for his upkeep while in jail is to make sure he does some sort of time for his crimes. If we deported him, he'd just come back.

HERE IS THE STORY:

For those that wish to read it.

How many dead Americans does it take before our government tells the illegals to - "Get Out".

I wonder if the President, McCain or any of the Democrats would support amnesty if this was their daughter and grandchild.

This is easy. Kill him, finish off what the collision could not. End the cycle. All invaders who kill American citizens on American soil, need to be excuted swifty, no trial, no jury. Hung from the gallows, and then propped up at the border for all the invaders to see.

Under the Immigration Law he should be deported for committing a violent crime. Unless you have Johnny Sutton as the U.S. Attorney in your area he should be deported. If you have Johnny Sutton he will be given a green card a check for millions of taxpayer dollars.

Well for one thing the guy shouldn't be allowed in our streets!
He should either be in our jail or in jail in Mexico!
This is a good example of why we need to stop illegal immigration!

I disagree with a normal trial. HE DOESN'T BELONG HERE!!!!!!!!!! HE IS NOT A CITIZEN!!!!!! He should be sent or back, or he should get the maximum allowed for a drunk driver who kills someone. He doesn't deserve a fair trial, he shouldn't have any rights to be driving, buy alchohol, or a trial. Hes not a citizen so he should have NO rights!

If I had my way he'd be handed over to the woman's family. But I'd settle for the longest prison term possible in the worst prison in the US. Deportation is too good for him. He should pay first for what he did. And his family will have to manage without him for a while. Being illegal and human doesn't give you the right to do anything you please. Somebody needs to take a look at the people who sent him back out on our roads after his first conviction for DUI. If he'd been deported then this wouldn't have happened.
Why did you mention the woman's race? I would feel the same way regardless of the race of the victim.

I live in your area. Could you post a link to an article about this?
