I was just curious because people say that they're alike in apperance.

well no we dont lol. Arabs vary by subregion. In Levantine area (Palestine, Lebanon, Syria) We have fairest skin and colored eyes are most common and so is lighter shades of the hair. In Egypt, they have tan skin dark eyes usually curvier than the others. In the Gulf area is where you find te stereotypical arabs with tank skin black glossy hair big dark eyes.
Indians on the other hand, can also vary on which part of India. My friends form North India are lighter than South Indians. So they are brown in color but shade varies. i have seen some with green eyes but most dark eyes and all that I have seen had black hair.

There are hundreds of different physical characteristics from one Indian tribe to another - from one Arabic national to another, from one Caucasian to another.
