There are three types of resumes: chronological, functional, and a specific targeted styles. For you, like myself when I was just finishing University and starting, I would suggest the functional style- it uses skills and education more than experience to emphasis your abilities instead of experience to help land you your first job! I have provided one web site for you. Go to other sites too- like Workopolis.com. I'll give you two important secrets:
1) Try to keep your resume down to one page until you gain business experience and employers want to know as much history as possible (like for managment positions).
2) Always do a cover letter that tells the employer who you are applying for work with how three of your particular skills could benefit their company and also let them know why you find their company intersting (do some reseach- find out what their company does, how long have they been in business, what are their products or services, and so on). For example, I saw your ad in the Vancouver Sun Paper for the sales position. I see that your company has been in business since 1970 and you have a good variety of products and many other companies rely on your products to produce their goods. I'm interested in your company because you appear to have good product base and your business strategy indicates that your company is strong at maintiaing profitability, innovation, and survivial against current market competition.
If they phone you for an interview, go to their website of to the library and read up on all their company information and try to relate your skills to their company in the best way you can.

It is best to include all of the above. Don't worry if it goes to 2 pages; just make sure it is not more than 2 pages.

A good employment counsellor or school guidance counsellor can help you with that.
