I want to get a job, but i need recommendations?

I don't have a previous job, so who could I use to give recommendations?

Use anyone you know that will love to give good information about you. It can't be a family member becuase that would be cheating. Find someone who knows you well.

I don't know your age but if you are a teen looking for your first job, don't worry everyone your age, myself included, has/had to go through getting that first job.
If you are in high school ask a teacher who knows you well (whose class you did decently in), or a coach etc. Basically you just need someone who can say you're responsible and hard working and have some skills etc.

If you are a new immigrant etc and need a reference for that first job, is there someone in your neighbourhood, a friend of the family (not a family member) you could ask??

A teacher you had in HS. If you go to church or some other religious place ask the clergy person in charge to write one. A scout leader if you were in scouts. I am sure you can think of some others like that type.

Ever volunteered? Ask a supervisor. Been part of a youth group? Ask the youth leader. Had a favorite teacher? Ask him/her. Worse come to worse, ask a professional friend of your parents who has known you a while.

Ask your friends, buddies or even your relatives if they could be your reference person.

Use your minister.....school teachers and couches...the guy next door.... somebody your father or mother knows good..relation .etc
