Which job makes more?
a beginer babysitter or someone delivering newspapers?

i would say babysitter because you set your own price for the #of children or the # hrs. worked.

For the time you spend I'd say babysitter as long as you charge per hour and you don't give discounts to people. You have to make the rate clear when accepting the job. When I did the paper route, and I know at least in my area its changed, but I had to deliver everyday, plus I usually had to go out at least 2 other times per month to collect. The newspaper I get now has eliminated the collection part (everyone has to pay the newspaper directly) and I don't know for sure how much the carriers get, but if you babysit Friday night and Saturday night for 4 hours you'd make more then I ever did.

Babysitter, I believe newspaper courier, makes money off of piece work so for as many papers you deliver you'll get a certain amount. FOr babysitting you can make your own price per hour or for the whole day. Good Luck!
