Why would you not use the Wheatstone bridge to measure the resistance of an electric light bulb?

Wheatstone bridge is used to measure very accurate resistances.The light bulb starts at a resistance and changes for a while until it gets heated up.

The resistance of the filament is not stable enough to get an accurate reading.
