she had know idea about this card until today 2/28/07 when acreditor called and threated to take everythings shes got its been 15 yrs

if she did not know about the credit card she can dispute it. If it is found to be faudulent, she needs to file a police report to protect herself. If she does not dispute it; they can take the appropriate measures to collect the debt from her

talk to a lawyer. it will cost you a little money but it will be worth it in the end.
