surprisingly enough if you type st bernard rescue barrels you come up with a lot of stuff.

St. Bernards never really wore those people just got the impression from this painting that this one guy did. There are no real ones, but you could get a fake plastic one that you could probably attach to your dogs collar, but then again why would you want to.
