Are sport drinks worse on your teeth than soda?

Sports drinks are bad for you if you completely replace them over water. They will damage you system. As far as teeth, anything with sugars can stain your teeth.

They can be bad if that's all you're drinking. It's best to alternate sports drinks with water. In other words, one sports drink...two bottles of water and so on.

i drink diet soda, so everything is worse for my teeth, but don't worry youll be fine as long as u brush you teeth in the mornign and at night
