My girlfriend and I are wanting to plan a girl's week in Vegas and are trying to find a place that has a kitchen even if it's 30 minutes away from the strip. Any ideas?

Since planning on staying there for about 10 days we're trying to find a place less than $150 a night and the Budgetsuites and Crestwood Suites did not look like good options they have terrible reviews.

You can stay 2 blocks from the center of the strip at a very nice hotel, the rooms have kitchens and are a minimum 900sq ft.

Later: I was just at the Budget Suites on Tropicana(the one near Orleans) in December>I was impressed< The rooms were very nice , the grounds were well kept, the pools were okay(nothing special), I was checking for a future visit. I thought it was a very nice setup for an extended stay. Of course it would be better if you had a car, but the CAT(bus) stopped right in front of the apartments.

Marriot Residence Inn on Paradise Rd. It has a fully equiped kitchen, nice rooms, all the amenities, close to the strip, and all the action, You can usually get fairly cheap rates compared to the strip, unless there is a convention in town. Hope this helps.

Look on ebay thier are a lot of timeshare rentals on thier. Most have a full kitchen, and are quite reasonably priced. Most of them are very near to the strip.

The frontier is on the strip. They have suites...you can get two bedroom and a kitchen...have fun
