Can I burn it to a disk first? Is there a program that opens this kind of file.? I know .bin files can be one of many different types. HELP!!

you shuold burn it on CD with NERO or some other software and the you will be able to use it.I think that .BIN is some kind of CD image file so you shoul use the option for burning images on CD (not graphic images,but CD images),or just try to FIle-Open .. and tnen burn it .... any CD/DVD burning software should do it (magicISO,Nero,Roxyo..) After you burn it you should be able to load it as any other file...
