There are several ways to wear eyeshadow. here are some fastand simple ways for school.
Try brownish colors, they look great on everyone.
take the eyeshadow, add water if it is a powder, and line your eyes with it but only on the top. you can use liner on the bottom if you'd like.
if you want more color, get a set of three shadows- one lightish(like an ivory, pearl, or cream) one darker (a dark brown, plum, etc.), and one medium (a light brown).
apply the medium color to your entire lid- from lashlines to crease. then highlight the browbone with the lighter color. this means from where the medium color ended to your eyebrow and blend where the two colors meet. then, in the crease of your eye (where the lid "folds" when you open your eye) apply the darker shade in an oblong (lengthwise) shape.
My favorite style for a verry glamorous look, is line your eyes with your usual liner on the outer corners (brown if your a blonde or redhead and black if you have darker hair) then apply a bright sparkly gold shadow on the very inner corner of your eyes, ending it where the lashes start. it makes eyes appear wider and brighter.
the first two styles can be used with any color eyeshadows of course, and mascara or vaseline on your eyelashes helps too!

Start with a light shade to brush over your entire eyelid area. Then, choose a darker shade and follow along the crease of your eyelid to contour the eye and create a shadowing effect. This will give your eye more dimension. Finish off with some mascara to make fantastic lashes.

Ok hear is what you do get your eyeshadow brush and your eyeshadow and dip the brush in the eyeshadow and useing the eyeshadow brush the eye color on the top eyelid ONLY!! if you put it on the bottom you will look funky. Hope i helped

I'm 13 and wear eyeshadow every day. I just put it on my eyelid. I don't go up to my eyebrow or anything, and it looks fine.
