What i think is the best and only eyeliner to use is NYC eyeliner it is like 2 $ and it is the only eyeliner ive tried that goes on well on the inside of your eye, it goes on well on the outside too btw

My favorite eyeliner is from MAC cosmetics. They have a real good waterproof eyeliner that lasts for a long time , without smudging. P:lus I love MAC Cosmetics line of colr. Website: maccosmetics.com

My favourite eyeliner brand is Avon Glimmersticks. They come in a wide range of colors, they are long lasting and self sharpening!

MAC liquid and pencil eyeliner- hands down! Doesn't move or fade....absolutely wonderful stuff:)

Estee Lauder is a really good brand. A little pricey but it is really worth it. You should try it. If you dont like it dont waste your cash on it.

I think Victoria Secrect's eye pencil is great! It's not too exspensive, and it glides on as smooth as silk. Love It!
