Mash 1 tablespoon of ripe banana and add to it 1 tablespoon honey. Apply this mask on the affected area and leave it to dry. Then wash it off with cold water. This mask acts as a moisturizer .You can find more cheap, effective and natural home remedies for dry skin at the link below.

Find a reputable aesthetician (facialist) in your area and have them tell you about your skin and what products you need to solve the problem. You could have eczema since all the hydrating products don't seem to be working for you.

it is probably your makeup. Or else the fact that you are over hydrating it... try using Covergirl oil free liquid makeup. it won't dry out your face or make it look plastic and peely. or try Neutrogena Minerals brush foundation. that will give you a light covering that won't make your face dry or peeled.

You don't mention exfoliating. Just use a clean washcloth and mild soap (like Purpose). You can also use the texturized face cloths (I like the Pond's ones in the blue package). You don't have to rub hard. Then apply your moisturizer afterward.

I always use moisturizer right before I put on my makeup or in summer I mix foundation and moisturizer half and half. You might want to check your products and see if they have alcohol in them as well, try to find alcohol free products.
