i have dark brown hair, dark brown eyes, and im a light tan color....my eyes arent big but they look like it cuz alot of the white part shows....i have really small lips....pleez give me tips

well it depends on what DARK ,not too dark, color u like and lipgloss that looks good on YOU. YOU have to try a lot to know whats ur makeup color

you shouldn't really need that much. maybe some lip gloss. I don't know how old you are so I really don;t know what to suggest. eye liner. some mascara. etc. look through good makeup books, you might find some really good tips

if nail color counts maybe light pink or a light color because you have a tan colored skin. maybe a lip gloss? how old RE YOU?

have different colors in ur face lip sticks that are almost your natral with crear lip gloss makes ur lip bigger
