I have been weightlifting on and off since the age of 13. My best Bench Press is 250 lbs, squat would be 365, and a deadlift of 345. (these were when I was 17). Now flash forward to the age of 21. I havent maxed out very much in the recent years, nor have a trained for strength. I've been mainly concerned with muscle hypertrophy.

I have come back to the gym to being able to squat 275 for 3 reps, deadlift 275 for 3, and I haven't attempted a bench press max. I came back because I have a new desire to try something new. A few months ago I was watching the world strongman competition and wondered what it would be like to try out just a local competition. I have no aspirations of getting to the extreme level that those men are, but I have some interest in developing some size and strength.

I'm eating all the time (mainly protein and carbohydrates, staying away fron trans/sat fat) and I have a 6day regimen (3 heavy, 3 light, back/pressing/legs)

I take a multivitamin/creatine too.

I Don't think you are ready for a strong man competition becuase you must train super hard with the type of things that they do on strongman. Unless you already do but you haven't said you do that because just doing bench press and deadlift willnot help you pull a barrell across a yard 20 meters as much as actually pulling a barrell across a yard 20 meters. GOOD LUCK!

I'm not sure what your question is, but good luck to you! You may want to see if there are any strongman competitors in your area to train with and let them tutor you. Some of those folks have some of the equipment for those non-traditional events that are done at strongman contests.
