You need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your PC.
If you do not have it, you can download it from the source link below. Good Luck!
If you alreadly have it on your PC, then you may need to reinstall it (look under your Program Files folder under Adobe) oryou may need to upgrade to the newest version.

You should make sure you have latest version of Acrobat Reader. If all else fails, right click the link and click save target as nd choose a destination for you PDF file. Open from where you saved. hope this works

do u have any acrobat reader ?? if not download adobe acrobat reader . then try it again . it will be open . :)
