Around May until December. Sometimes it's rainy & sometimes sunny. You can still enjoy the beach. It depends on what particular place in Phils. you're heading. So it's better to monitor the weather forecast. (- -,)

The rainy season is from May to November. However from my years of stay in Cebu, November and December are months to avoid as the typhoon usually pass near the area. One should remember that the Cebu City ASEAN Summit last December 2006 was canceled due to the typhoon. Also in 1991 of November Cebu City was hit by a devastating typhoon that basically isolated the entire island from the rest of the country. I was there when the typhoon hit directly Cebu.

Rainy season starts at around May, then stormy weather peaks in July to September. Then for the rest of the year there will be occassional rain.

same with the rest of the country- from may(it starts raining by this month) to november or worst could end until december.
